silently sneaking up on me and
attacking me when I wasn’t ready
why did you choose me
out of millions and millions

to invade my body with your
swarming seeds flowing around
my body, killing me slowly
leaving me in constant pain
barely able to move or breathe
fighting to stay alive
as you explore every part of me
seeking and destroying
my very soul, taking me alive
in order that you may live
and I will die taking you
with me in my final hour
would it be your victory
or would it be mine
even in death
