7:48pm. It’s been a good day. Went to the Rock this morning from the first time in a couple of weeks. It was cold and misty but this added to the atmosphere. I got a good feeling from the Rock today, a wait and see feeling but don’t give in or give up because I can do it! Got some small stuff sorted out at uni and I’ll have my office on the 22nd. Been to the gym and done a full body weight session including taking my legs up a level. My Achilles is feeling fine after yesterday. Alan suggested wearing some insoles that give higher my heel and it’s taken the pressure off my Achilles. Done some tidying up ready for the electricians coming tomorrow. A good day.
Monday, 12th October, a good day
