1:04pm. Not done much. Had a good nights sleep, done some tidying up, some core exercises and now for a shower and the club. Some days are steady before the storm hits.
8:34pm. And the storm did hit. Shortly after my previous entry I developed a headache all the way from the top of my skull down to the base. It felt as if it was splitting my head in half. I still went to the club as I needed to get out but the headache was there all the time and when I got home it was still there and still is now. To make things worse my old ex-neighbour had a heart attack on Friday and she’s in hospital now. A sad end to a bad day.
