What things give you energy?
Right now nothing gives me any energy as I’m constantly tired but I’m sure it’s just a phase and it’ll pass and I’ll feel better soon š

Yeah I get it, I’ve been battling tiredness but I make myself get up & do something, just walk & read my daily bread devotional really helps me feel good!

I make myself do stuff too even though I know it’ll make me more tired it does help me mentally and keeps me going š

It’s so true! My hubby takes me out on the boat & then stops for lunch… I feel so good getting fresh air & walking. I am using treadmill more even if it’s 15 minutes at a time. It feels good! Thanks for chatting,!
