I’m curious about why you wake up at 2am too, do you go to sleep at the same hour every night?

I’ve no real answer as to why I wake up at 2am. I just do and I’ve learnt to accept it.

And yes I go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time and get up at the same time, so maybe it’s a routine my body has get into.
