He waits all day for just one word to say she’s ok. One word that acknowledges he is still a part of her life. He opens the whisky and starts drinking to numb the pain of feeling alone. Then she responds, she is missing him, she is very busy but she is thinking of him as he is thinking of her. One day in the future all this will have changed and there will be more opportunities to be together but for now these stolen moments are all they have and they are moments to treasure maybe forever.
