I recently had an assessment for Long COVID and the physio who assessed me noticed that I was breathing through my mouth all the time. She told me that breathing this way was inefficient and that I should breathe through my nose and breathe deeply and slowly. Since breathing this way I have felt more energetic and have been able to push harder and longer when exercising. I learned a valuable lesson that day.
I am a 52 year old male with a late diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome. I enjoy writing in all forms about people and life.
