This was during a fell race and I wasn’t prepared for it mentally or physically but I still did it. Despite nearly getting swept away by a stream, falling off a cliff and getting 2nd stage hypothermia, I found I had mental and physical reserves that I didn’t know I had. The experience was beyond anything I had known up to that point and I would do it all again if I could. The risks I took were more than worth it for what I learnt about myself.
A risk I took that I do not regret
