What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Running up and down hills and mountains is my favourite form of physical exercise. The mental toughness you have to have to climb a steep, muddy hill is unbelievable especially when you know you’re not that good and it’s going to take you a long time. It would be so much easier to turn round but you don’t. You don’t because you know that when you get to the top of that hill you will have the most unbelievable emotional rush as you take in what you have achieved and where you are and what you still have to do. Mentally and physically nothing beats fell running for me.
