I’ve been working on living with arthritis and all the changes that comes with it, both mentally and physically. It’s the simple things we all take for granted like running across the road, going to the toilet, getting in and out of the car and the simple act of sitting down at the computer or to read a book. It’s not until you get something like arthritis and you are forced to make lifestyle changes that you don’t realise how lucky you was to be able to do so much naturally. Whilst life will get more difficult in the short term I know that in the longer term it will get better and things will return to how they used to be.
Being thankful
