Right now, as I have been for most of the year I’m feeling absolutely shattered from fatigue brought on from a cam deformity and osteoarthritis of my right hip. With any form of arthritis your immune system is constantly working overtime to deal with the pain brought on by the arthritis. The pain isn’t really a problem, it’s pretty minimal and comes and goes and I don’t really notice it. It’s the fatigue that’s the killer as even if I don’t notice the pain my body does and my immune system responds to it accordingly. It’s this that is worse than the pain, your immune system on constantly draining your body of every bit of energy it has. So I’m very, very tired and off for a nap when I’ve got so many other things I should be doing but haven’t the energy to do them. At least I’m seeing the specialist soon about my hip and hopefully I can get back to some sort of normality very soon.
