11am and I’ve had enough already! Two companies, virgin media and vanquish do not understand how to communicate with people, how to talk to people and how to behave with people. Some companies are so useless it is mind blowing. It really makes you wonder how some companies actually exist and carryon as a business.
I’m feeling increasingly anxious as the day progresses and this makes doing anything impossible never mind uni work, so it’s a day of sat waiting for emails to come through confirming the position I’m in. Virgin Media come back, or rather I check on the website and they’re not taking payment until mid-August so that’s not a problem. I won’t get the money from my pension until mid-August either, but again not a problem. Only crapquest don’t get back to me which isn’t a surprise as it’ll take them more than a week to understand my message!
Feeling better and less anxious I go to the club and play dominoes for a couple of hours. I win some, lose some, one of those sort of days, but a good time all the same. I get home just after 9am, feed my little girl and go to bed, feeling much better than I did at the start of the day and that’s all anyone can ask for. And I’m still alcohol free.
