A day of inconsequential things, going for petrol, going shopping, going for a walk, doing some uni work, and watching TV. I’ve had a headache all day which happens from time to time, but I managed to get through the day without having a nap in the afternoon and I read some articles for my research. All in all, a nice, steady day and still alcohol free.
