How I cope with negative feelings


What makes you most anxious?

I remember my past and what I’ve been through and how I got through it. I remind myself that I am stronger than I realise and I can do this. I remind myself that this moment will pass and I’ll forget about it in a month’s time, so it’s not worth worrying about. Finally I focus on what I can do and don’t worry about what I can’t. That way I shed negative thoughts and stay positive.
