Dealing with the past

I’ve always fancied being an antiques dealer, art dealer, auctioneer. there’s so much more to it than just objects to look at. There’s the social history behind them, and they reveal how society has changed and developed over time, something it is all too easy to forget. Some of the objects have little value, but still have an importance beyond money, whilst others have immense monetary value. I find it an immensely interesting career and it’s one I’d consider if I had the chance.
