The hardest personal goal I’ve ever set for myself was losing weight. I did lose weight around 6st going from 19st 10lbs to 13st 10lbs. It took a combination of running and improved diet to lose this weight. Unfortunately due to contraction Covid twice, once with an episode of long Covid and osteoarthritis in my right hip and lower back, I’ve gone back up to 16st 7lbs. I’m currently in the process of getting a treatment plan sorted for my osteoarthritis and I’m hoping that this will allow me to exercise more often and with less pain and stiffness, and I can lose another 2st or so to get back to a healthy weight for me.
