So far a day of aches and pains in my lower back and making sure I’m on top of things, which, surprisingly, I seem to be. It doesn’t mean I’m in a good position just that I know I’m not in a good position and I’m not going to make it worse.
I’ve managed to get some uni work done today! Not much, but I’ve made a start on the introduction for my literature review which is a massive leap forward for me! I’m really pleased with myself for doing this. I have an irrational fear of literature reviews, and this causes me to experience a mental block when it comes to them. I am reading an old book on how to approach reading academically and it is making sense this time, a lot more sense than it did last time. This is a great leap forward for me.
After I’ve finished my uni work I spend the day trying to relax on the sofa watching TV, but it’s difficult to get comfortable when your back is in pain. I have some cheap cans of cider and head to bed. A day when nothing much happened but an important one with regards to my literature review. I did warn you I was inconsequential!
